Jiway is a company based on the proven expertise and innovation of its founders. Being part of the Intalio group is the logical continuation.
Building on their experience in a leading software company in Luxembourg and convinced that a great opportunity existed in top-quality client reporting solutions, Luc Charlier and three co-founding partners established Jiway, in December 2003.
Starting with the well-designed reports required by ever-more demanding investor clients, Jiway has constantly moved forward to adapt to evolving market needs as well as respond to growing demand from financial and other organizations.
The impact of digitization coupled with the increased need to access information from anywhere at any time, meant it became natural for Jiway to build on its expertise and develop an advanced, customizable information exchange platform.
Joining the Intalio group will make it possible to expand the services offering while maintaining Jiway’s recognized expertise.
Our Directors
Luc has a degree in Computer Science and Management. In 1985, he joined BIS Banking Systems in Luxembourg, working for some eleven years as a technical & functional consultant on the Midas front & back-office solution.
In 1996, as the private banking sector developed and convinced that a “niche” market existed in providing top quality Client Reporting, he created Odyssey Advanced Financial Solutions where he spent several years as a director working on the development and sales of the Mirage suite.
In December 2003 he assembled a team to launch a new company – Jiway. As Executive Director, Luc is responsible for strategy and solutions, business development and the day to day management of the company.
Antoine started his career in large multinationals before co-founding and successfully developing Information Technology start-ups. An aspiring visionary, he is behind the success of Intalio. He led the group to be among the elite in the field of Digital Transformation.
Antoine is a “bon vivant” and an active supporter of initiatives to protect and preserve the natural environment. He also likes outdoor activities and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems as well as a graduate certificate in Digital Transformation.
Maroun is a seasoned international manager with 30+ years in B2B software.
He has held D-level and C-level management positions at leading global software companies across fintech, insurance, web tech, and loyalty programs in Europe, Japan, and the GCC.
Maroun successfully established the businesses of two fintech companies in Asia and served as Europe’s Head of Sales and Managing Director of various international firms. Maroun holds an MBA degree from IMD Switzerland and an engineering degree from E.S.I.B. Université Saint Joseph.
